Design And Development Of Project Management System Based On Android Platform

With the increasing amount of project tasks in various departments of the enterprise,the traditional project management method is difficult to manage the project in a unified and rapid manner.Therefore,using the mobile Internet Android system,combined with mobile Internet technology and developer tools,designing an Android-based system has positive significance for improving the management level of projects and personnel and improving the overall efficiency of the enterprise.The project management system is based on Android development platform,using Andro-idStudio integrated development environment,using Springboot and Mybatis to build server system framework,using embedded Tomcat server thrrough IDEA,using Mysql database for relational data storage,using seven cattle cloud to store multimedia information files,through the JSON format completeing the interaction between the server and the Android client,and performing network transmission through the Http protocol.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through enterprise demand analysis,the paper understands the business process of the enterprise,proposes the overall architecture design,and determins that the project management system is divided into five modules:system management,process management,project management and control,information release platform,daily office and the Android client module,detailes design of functions,data persistence methods,and JSON data interaction formats.(2)The paper studies the key needed technologies to implement the system:establishes server and Mysql connection through JDBC driver,uses JSON data parsing to complete the information transmission of Android and server,buildes Springboot integrated Mybatis framework,and uses Android client control widgets.(3)The system realizes the function of the Android client and server through Http protocol information interaction function,and stores the multimedia files through the server storage to the Qiu Niuyun cloud storage service system,uses the UI design of Google specification and the collocation of various controls and layouts,designs a good human-computer interaction interface,and uses Mysql database to process relational data.According to the needs of enterprises,the paper develops a project management system based on Android system,which solves the needs of enterprise project management mobilzation and improves the efficiency of enterprise project management.
