E-Learning is mainly this approach to learning regardless of time and the number of geographic restrictions, and low-cost, high-quality learning, can adapt to the unique individual needs of the learner, and has to manage, track, and quantifiable advantage of learning outcomes, many organizations at home and abroad continue to introduce online training management system.This article online training management system in the training and management of large sports volunteer work with the staff, take advantage of online training management system provided with a new communication mechanism with resource-rich learning environment to achieve more than 90,000 volunteers and staff learn together, provides an effective way for the organization, management and sharing of large sports field resources.
