With the development of the economy,the competition of the logistics industry is becoming more and more fierce.So,the horizontal logistics cooperation has become an important strategic for the logistics enterprises to reduce the cost and increase the competitiveness.In actual production,collaborative logistics is divided into cooperation of homogeneous depots and cooperation of heterogeneous depots,and the existing research focuses on addressing former problem,and the study of the latter is few.Therefore,this paper concerns on the collaborative logistics of heterogeneous depots.The difficulty lies in the fact that the depots cannot cooperate through exchange of orders.In addition,service time has become an important requirement of customers in logistics,so this study concerns on the collaborative logistics of heterogeneous depots considering time windows.It aims at addressing Cooperative Path Planning and sharing cost-saving.Based on summarizing the existing literature,this study carried out the following tasks:Firstly,the problem of collaborative path planning is solved.On the basic of sharing the information of vehicles and customers,depots plan the cooperative distribution route by centralized method to minimize the total cost.A mathematical model considering time windows is established.For solving the model accurately,a mixed integer linear programming model is established by method of the large M.This paper solves the model accurately through the CPLEX,finds out that adding of time window will increase the total cost,but cost increase is not larger with time windows density rising.The second is to share the cost-saving.A fair,reasonable and stable sharing mechanism is a strong guarantee for implementation of collaborative logistics.this study proposes three sharing mechanisms of cost-saving.mechanism 1,allocation mechanism basing on order cost.According to the contribution of the depot in the collaborative distribution,the mechanism reflects the fairness principle of more work and more gains.To consider the resource contribution of depots,this study proposes second mechanism based on non-cooperative cost allocation.The mechanism can consider the resources input and optimization potential of the depot and encourage the depot to invest more high-quality resources.To realize the comprehensive evaluation of distribution contribution and resource contribution,this study proposes third mechanism,the comprehensive allocation mechanism,which considering the factors more comprehensive,more fair and reasonable.Through the example analysis,the results of the three mechanisms are compared.The results show that the performance of mechanism three is better than the other mechanisms.
