In the field of transportation and storage of liquid materials and underwater detection,timely detection of leakage and alarm have important economic benefits and reliability guarantee for economic production and scientific and technological exploration.In the detection process,there is a part of irregular arc structure which is difficult to be detected by the common liquid leakage sensor.A kind of sensor which can be used for real-time detection of this part of structure is needed.Once the liquid leakage event caused by the small crack of the welding joint occurs,an alarm will be given immediately and the location of the leakage event will be accurately located to avoid the major leakage event Of.In view of the above requirements,this paper designs a multi-functional structure of the liquid leakage sensor with reference to the design idea of the current developed multi-functional structure technology.This paper describes the difference between the multi-functional structure and the traditional circuit structure,determines the design requirements of the liquid leakage sensor through the multi-functional structure technology,expounds the development status of the multi-functional technology,and describes several key technologies related to the multi-functional structure technology in detail.According to the detection environment of the liquid leakage sensor,the multi-functional structure needs to be flexible,fiber-optic coupling structure,water tightness,heat dissipation function and the functional indicators of the guide groove.According to these functional indicators,the relevant design is proposed.Through the investigation and comparison of multifunctional structural materials,PVC material is selected as the material of multifunctional structure.According to the stress analysis of PVC material,the multifunctional structure of the liquid leakage sensor is designed.ANSYS software is used to simulate the stress and thermal analysis of the multi-functional structure,and the feasibility of the liquid leakage sensor is determined.Finally,the design of the liquid leakage sensor in the simulated pipeline environment,forcurvature,temperature,and sensitivity of the three aspects of testing,by comparing the test data,further verify the reliability and superiority of the liquid leakage sensor.
