The Geotextile is the main raw material of tarps, which is widely used in industry,construction, water conservancy, agriculture and other industries and plays an importantrole in leakage, maintain water and soil erosion, improve buildings, Bridges, subwaytunnels, trains, and the service life of road tunnel. In recent years, along with the scienceand technology level, the automation degree of the equipment is more and more demanded.Coupled with the development of industrial mechanization and automation, roboticsystems based on pneumatic technology is also widely used in the production automationindustries. Compared with the previousmanual work efficiency is greatly improved.In order to solve the dilemma in the manual work, this subject aims to develop a senseof automatic threading device. The device is embedded way to work through the servodrive system, digital control, achieves the matching with a flexible geotextile fabricprocessing equipment matching, and finishes geotextile fabric sports synchronous trackingand automatic threading function. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic parameters of therobot strap and works. Then, It analyzes the pneumatic manipulator of the overall structurebased on the functional requirements, and proposes overall structure design, and usesthree-dimensional design software UG three-dimensional the solid model of themanipulator is drawn. On the basis of the overall structure design scheme, this papercompleted the design of the pneumatic system of the manipulator, and each cylinder of therobot is sizing, and makes a basic scheme of the pneumatic system and the principlediagram of the pneumatic system. In addition, the subject adopts the design of thecombination of PLC with touch screen control system combines. Design of PneumaticManipulator Control System and the system control flow, combined with field operations,designed to control the touch screen interface. It designs pneumatic manipulator controlsystem scheme, and gives the flow chart of system control, and design a touch screeninterface combined with site operation needs. Finally, we integrate and test pneumaticmanipulator structure, pneumatic systems and control systems. Coater strap roboticachieve automatic threading system, and then we verify system designed to meet theautomatic threading feature through on-site commissioning.Through researching and testing to solve the problem involved in the technology ofstrap robotic, developed a system based on servo-controlled robotic strap. The successful development of this device will be able to greatly increase the efficiency of the productionof the machine threading operation, improve product quality, reduce labor costs andimprove the competitiveness of enterprises.
