With the increasing of families'income level, and the increments of fortune, people are turning to the consumption of cultural and spirit products. According to International experiences, when average GDP reaches 800 to 1000 dollars, traveling consumption will become popular and common. The Chinese average GDP has been over 1000 dollars since 2004, traveling is becoming one of the five popular consuming industries. As the fast development of tourist industry, consumers are paying more and more attention on tourism products and professional tourist media. Additionally, the publicize of tourism enterprises and related service providers are stimulating the purchasing power of tourist media advertisement.Today, as the competition of papers is very keen, paper organizations are paying more and more attention on their target consumers and target functions. They need not only to ensure the target consumers, but also to ensure what kind of services they will provide to consumers. Targeting decides the marketing direction and strategy of the paper, and that is the key element which decides whether paper fixes the demands of the readers. Opportunities and risks both exist in this industry. As a professional paper, although it's not necessary for it to invest huge capital as traditional city papers, it still has series of difficulties.
