Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System For A Government Agencies

The government agencies and general enterprises and institutions in the financial management is obviously different.The government agency finance is generally realized by the management of financial budget and financial appropriation,Its financial management focuses on budgeting,disbursing and spending.In this thesis,the government accounting management is studied,and the comprehensive management level of government accounting management is improved.The accounting management requirements of government agencies were taken as the target,JavaEE framework was adopted as the development framework,SQL Server 2012 was adopted as the database platform,and the design and implementation of the system was completed.The accounting management needs of government agencies are taken as the research objective.From the perspectives of credential management,accounting docking and accounting statement management,the business is analyzed and the functional model is analyzed.In combination with the operational requirements of the system,some non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed.In system design,first of all,according to the requirements of system network security system is physical structure design,then according to the requirements of the system function framework,system architecture is designed,the system of proof of charge to an account management,billing and docking,reimbursement,accounting book report every function module is detailed design,that is the point of government financial management is implemented,then the system database was designed.After the detailed module design is completed,the system module programming is implemented.After the realization of each functional module of the system,the functions and performance of the system are tested by writing test cases,and the system functions meet the expected requirements of data security management.This system can be applied to account management of government agencies at all levels,and can provide comprehensive account management and application model of government agencies,so as to realize account sharing and security management in various functional departments and comprehensively improve the degree of account sharing.
