Design And Implementation Of Job Management And Quality Management Subsystem Of Financial Sharing System

With the continuous development of large enterprises,the subsidiaries and the financial business related to the growing number of companies to bring some benefits at the same time,the problems are more and more prominent,seriously affecting the further development and expansion of enterprises.In this context,shared services came into being.As of the end of 2010,90% of Europe and the United States developed large enterprises to establish a shared service center,financial sharing services in which a large proportion.Therefore,the establishment of a financial sharing services to meet the requirements of the financial sharing system has been the major enterprises in the information construction on the road to study one of the important elements.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of financial business processing in the background of the financial sharing system of State Network ICT Industry Group.Mainly including the lack of formalities to fill in the documents,the process is not unified caused by the low efficiency of processing;subsidiary of the total number of financial staff,high labor costs;lack of reasonable and effective assignment rules,affecting the efficiency of processing;subordinate financial staff scattered,difficult to achieve Group financial effective control.In view of the above problems,this paper firstly designs the system,and analyzes the operational requirements of the system according to the business requirements.According to the system requirements,this paper mainly designs and realizes the operation management subsystem,the quality management subsystem and the related part of the work subsystem in the financial sharing system.In this system to complete a complete financial business approval process,and to the quality of the work documents to check the completion of the evaluation of employee credit to improve the efficiency of financial business processing,reducing the cost of human and material resources,so that subsidiaries can concentrate In its core business,and increased the Group's corporate financial control efforts.The development of the system applied to the So Grid cloud platform,the use of UAP for development,the database selection of Oracle database.Functional testing and performance testing of the system,the test results show that the system to meet the needs of the group,to pilot in the pilot run.
