Design And Implementation Of Electronic Bill Management System For Postal Savings Branch

The electronicization of commercial paper management is an urgent requirement in the development of the market.In the supply chain financial services,the Postal Savings Bank puts forward the need to develop an electronic ticketing management system according to the market development direction,which is used to reduce bill management costs,speed up capital flow and reduce Pay for risks and improve settlement efficiency.In the introduction of this paper,the electronic bill management of the Postal Savings Bank is analyzed and researched,and the system is designed and implemented by means of computer technology and software technology.Specifically,it includes the following research contents:1.Analyzed the problems of the current Postal Savings Bank in the management of bills,and conducted data review on the development background and technical requirements of the system.With the help of software analysis technology,the use case diagram and non-functional requirements of the system are formed.The system includes five modules:teller management,customer management,business query management,report system management and system management.2.The paper introduces the system design structure,network architecture and database design,and gives the overall architecture diagram,function module diagram,sequence diagram and ER diagram of the system,and designs the specific functional modules in the system.Description,the database Tab.designed in the system is given.3.The specific implementation content of the system under the B/S architecture is studied.The SSH framework of Java as the programming language is implemented,and the postal savings bank's own electronic bill management software system is formed.Finally,the system is deployed to the Tomcat server for running trials.4.This paper also introduces the software test content in the system development.The system tests the software according to the V model.The paper introduces the functional test cases and performance test cases and results of the system.Through the test,we also found the shortcomings in the system implementation,but in the end,through perfection,the system has the conditions for formal use.At present,the system has been put into trial operation on the postal savings branch,the system response speed is timely,the function is realized reasonably,and the system development has achieved the expected goal.
