Infrared microscopic imaging system has advantages of visualization,eombation of imager and spectrum,micro regionalization,high precision and high sensitivity.It is the fast method without projudic detection.In the application of infrared imaging system,it shows a more and more important position.This project focuses on the key technology of the infrared microscopic imaging system.After the introduction of application field of the technology of infrared microscopic imaging system at home and abroad,the main contents and key technologies of the project are put forword.lt is analyzed in detail of the intergration technology of infrared micro system,test and analysis software for different uses of the system,research of infrared microscopy lens,Preparation of standard sample of MEMS micro machining for instrument calibration,ealibration of system temperature,high temperature controlled precision sample table,completed the software writing and debugging,completed the prototype of the processing production.Now the system can display the micro area infrared thermal image of the tested sample in real time.Image quality are perfect.
