Recently high-tech industry is booming in recent years,which the domestic emerging the demand for precision measurement system is rapidly amplified,among which automatically detect(AOI)as an irresistible trend of the technology.Image processing technique has been widely used nowadays as the detection of the quality of the IC process.Automatic detection system can quickly through the CCD analyze signal is switched into the computer can accept digital signals for processing.Due to the progress of image processing technology and the increase in speed of a computer to execute image processing in the application of ultra-thin type surface-device detection will become increasingly widespread.In this study,the mechanical structure of the system,automatic control system as well as visual inspection system automatically detects the device,familiar with the characteristics of precision measuring equipment,production process,thus the design principles and methods combined in practice,which,in the use of this equipment to do the actual work piece detection contains the image processing,size measurement,character recognition,and the film thickness detector.Lens design in accordance with the size of the analysis,the use of appropriate light source analyze to obtain an appropriate image so that the vision system,the main purpose of the lighting;and considering the efficiency of the system,having a good image can reduce the image processing complexity.Light source system is well-designed,most subsequent image processing work can be saved,the execution time of the software is relatively lower,and improve the detection rate is a multiplier to invest in a very high rate of return on an important part of this paper combines adaptive BP algorithm of neural network weights and thresholds to optimize and modify.Edge detection is a image cutting preliminary work,using the computer to detect the leadframe with bright background color changes to determine the edge of the object and record.To improve the correct rate of the character recognition the best characteristic value of the handwritten characters trained to improve the recognition rate of the font,via an input noiseThis article aims to explore the development and application of sophisticated detection equipment based adaptive BP algorithm,using C language and Matlab writing program and system detection automatic optical inspection equipment,and the results show that the completed system device resolution 0.0243mm/pixel Depth of Field 30mm.In this paper,adaptive BP algorithm to improve text recognition accuracy,recognition accuracy rate of up to 98%,the measurement of the complete equipment in addition to applications in the film thickness of the lead frame size detection board text recognition and use of control laser displacement meter the outside,but also can be extended to the field of optoelectronic products.
