With the development of network information technology and the arrival of "Internet +" era,as well as the wide application of big data and Internet of things,the informatization and intelligence of network play an increasingly important role in regional economic and social development.The construction of basic network facilities,especially the construction of optical transmission network,plays a crucial role in the construction of high-speed and smooth network infrastructure covering urban and rural areas with high quality and low price and convenient service,the realization of the full coverage of optical network in all cities divided into districts,and the improvement of backbone network capacity and inter-network communication capacity.Introduction of optical transmission network in changbai mountain region,which can realize three interconnected,break now information communication barriers caused by the apanage management problems,to meet the future 20 years of local government in the management informationization development needs,and can provide rod road suspended cable for local communication operators,reduce duplication of construction,realize the co-construction and sharing,both to protect the environment,and investment saving.At the same time,we will promote the sharing of government information,speed up the construction of new smart cities,and meet the requirements for the access and transmission of information services at various monitoring points and fire prevention points,so as to realize regional informatization.In this paper,the current situation of local network development and business needs are fully investigated and analyzed,the key technology of optical fiber and OTN is theoretically studied,and especially the network security is the primary factor considered by the government or enterprises.Secondly,the optical transmission network technology is applied to design the transmission network of changbai mountain protection development zone.The detailed planning and design of optical fiber,equipment selection,network topology,wave path configuration,security protection mode,equipment power system and network management system of the newly built network are carried out.Then,the installation process and test of overhead optical cable and transmission equipment are realized,and the actual test results are attached to ensure that the project can achieve a good running state after implementation.The influence of the project on industry,regional economy,macroeconomics and social benefit is expounded.Finally,the design of optical transmission network is summarized,and the future development of optical transmission network is prospected.The focus of this paper is to design and implement the optical transmission network in changbai mountain area based on the analysis and research of the technical characteristics of optical transmission network.
