With the popularization of information,the development of globalization,and the rapid development of enterprises,information has been quietly entered into every enterprise,especially since the reform and opening up,accelerate the pace of Chinese enterprises to the world.With the continuous expansion of enterprise business,the customer diversification demand,as well as the number of employees continue to increase,be badly in need of a set of perfect service management system,on the one hand is for the customer service,business operation,convenient for the customer,on the other hand,is also the main,is a service to internal staff,staff need to service management system for the development of the business,the personal information management and attendance information processing and the view.However,the service management system of traditional e-commerce enterprises has some problems,such as imperfect information,poor system reliability and poor bearing capacity,which seriously affect the security of customer information and the work efficiency of employees.The combination of Internet and enterprise services is the key to enterprise service management The establishment of enterprise service management platform can promote the development of enterprises.This thesis studies the theory and technology of service management of e-commerce enterprises,introduces the B/S structure,the adopted database technology and the research status at home and abroad.When analyzing the requirements of the scene,the functional model,dynamic and static model are firstly used to describe the business requirements of the system,and then the system is respectively designed in outline and in detail to establish the system architecture and functional structure.The system realizes user management,enterprise information management,customer service,transaction order and report management module.User management module realizes user login and registration,employee personal information management,position management and other functions.The customer service module realizes the functions of service dispatch and service completion,and the transaction order module realizes the functions of order management and order reconciliation management.Report management module realizes the function of customer information report and user information report.Then the system database structure was designed and the system functionality and performance were tested.According to the test results,the system successfully realizes all the requirements,meets the actual needs of customers and employees,improves work efficiency,and solves the problems of enterprise service management.This system can meet the expected demand and effectively support enterprise service management.By testing the system,the system has been officially put into operation.The results show that the system can meet the company's current business needs in terms of functions,and has good concurrency and availability in terms of performance,which solves the problem of inconvenient operation and low efficiency for users,and improves the work efficiency and the performance of the enterprise.
