Design And Implementation Of University Equipment Management System Under Mobile Platform

With the rapid development of Internet technology in today's society,the use of Internet information plan to manage university equipment has become a part of asset management.However,at present,colleges and universities still use human resources to manage equipment.In the management work,it is necessary to store,summarize,search and screen the equipment manually.Such management work is inefficient and wastes human resources to a certain extent.Considering the existing environment,it is urgent to develop and design a device management system suitable for funny.In the first part of this study,the current situation of equipment management in Colleges and universities,the research and application of equipment management system are introduced.The second part is mainly related technology.The system uses Android mobile platform as the client and HTTP communication between the mobile client and the server.The development platform mainly includes My Eclipse,SQLite and so on.The system adopts J2EE-based Multi-tier Structure Design mode.Then,from the overview of the current needs of colleges and universities,from the functional and non-functional convenience of the system needs analysis.Based on the requirements,the fourth part of the system design is carried out.After defining the overall design of the system,the system is designed from three aspects: user rights,main modules and database.The most important module is the equipment management module,which mainly includes four aspects: equipment storage,equipment query,equipment modification and equipment deletion.In the design of user rights,the scope of authority and responsibility of system administrators,equipment administrators and ordinary users is clearly defined.In the announcement management module,the main functions are announcement addition,announcement modification and announcement deletion.After the implementation of the system,the system is tested.The test results show that the application runs smoothly and has no carton and can meet the requirements of the system.The development and design of university equipment management system based on mobile platform can help universities better carry out equipment management,improve the efficiency of equipment management,and rationally optimize the allocation of resources.
