The Design And Implementation Of Library Management System Based On Android Mobile Platform

Upgrading of network represents the network bandwidth and carry the increase of the types of business. With the strengthen of the mobile terminal function make terminal can better satisfy people to get information and the demand for information processing. All kinds of mobile terminal application software and technology oriented development research,It is a hot spot in many current industry attention.In this paper, the Eclipse platform using the Android SDK tools and object oriented language to have developed a software of library management system based on mobile platform.The software system includes two subsystems,a mobile library for students and a mobile library for administrator. On mobile library mainly implements the book query, book reservation,book report the loss and the basic function of auxiliary video borrowing books, realized the students on the mobile library of end user management, books management, books query, lending an appointment book, returned to report the loss of books, pay a fine, the basic function of administrators to manage.In the paper, the function of student client video assisted lending is based on Socket communication technology. after open the server, the server can accept video data of returned from the client. on the server, you can photograph video, and save useful video data to himself, and then realize the function of video assisted borrowing, it can make the library more intelligent.Library system is an information exchange platform which is closely related to students, teachers, administrators. In this paper developed a library book management system based on mobile platforms, than the library query management system which based on PC is more convenient and quick. Users as long as a smart phone, you can get books information anytime and anywhere, at the same time also convenient librarian real-time online work, is not subject to the limitation of working time and place, realize the whole mobile library and management of students and administrators.
