Information retrieval technology is an important way for users to obtain resources.Compared with the traditional keyword matching retrieval method,the semantic retrieval method has great advantages in query efficiency and retrieval experience and has become the main trend of retrieval system development.Due to the difference of user’s cognitive structure,there are many referential ambiguities in the information retrieval system,which makes it impossible for users to find the target results quickly and accurately.Therefore,how to solve the cognitive differences of users has become one of the core issues of semantic retrieval system research.Guided by cognitive construction theory and cognitive context theory,this study reveals that the user’s cognitive construction is the key way to solve the cognitive differences in the process of retrieval interaction,identifies the user’s cognitive context is an important prerequisite for the system to perform semantic reasoning,and proposes an interactive semantic retrieval model with cognitive construction layer,cognitive interaction layer and cognitive context modeling and reasoning layer as the core framework.This model helps users and the system to carry out two-way cognitive learning by providing an effective cognitive interaction mechanism,to coordinate the cognitive differences between different user groups on things.Among them,the fusion and reasoning of cognitive context is the key problem to be solved by this model.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes an uncertain reasoning method based on cognitive context based on the D-S evidence theory.This method can quantify and fuse the dynamic context information generated during the interaction between the user and the retrieval system,construct the user’s current cognitive context,and infer the user’s real needs.In order to verify the accuracy of the cognitive interactive semantic retrieval model,this paper applies it to the field of high-performance computing service discovery,implements a high-performance computing service retrieval system,and conducts experiments based on the prototype system.The experimental results show that the performance of the model is significantly improved compared with the traditional keyword retrieval method,and at the same time,it can achieve semantic ranking of results under the action of cognitive interaction mechanism and cognitive context reasoning.This research has two main contributions:on the one hand,from the perspective of user cognitive construction and cognitive context,a cognitivebased interactive semantic retrieval model is constructed to solve the semantic problems caused by user cognitive differences in the retrieval process.The model aims to promote the user’s cognitive construction while meeting the semantic requirements of the retrieval system.On the other hand,according to the research results of information fusion and uncertain reasoning technology in academia,a method of uncertain reasoning based on D-S evidence theory integrating cognitive context is proposed.This method breaks through the static semantic association and realizes the dynamic semantic reasoning.Applying it to the engineering realization of the semantic retrieval system can help the system to better identify the real needs of users. |
