Design And Implementation Of Educational Information System Based On Wechat Public Platform

Educational administration plays an important role in the management of colleges and universities.The quality of educational administration is one of the important factors that determine the quality of teaching in Colleges and universities.With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the comprehensive popularization of smart phones,the traditional educational information system based on wired network or campus network has many limitations and inconveniences,and it has been unable to meet the needs of users and the development of the times.With the complexity of educational administration content,the expansion of university scale and the increasing number of students,educational administration based on manual or stand-alone software has been unable to meet its needs.In the early Twenty-first Century,with the rapid progress of Internet,a large amount of B/S based educational administration information systems with wired access based on specific campus network emerged.The network of educational administration has gradually matured in major universities,thus alleviating the pressure of teaching management and greatly improving the efficiency of teaching management.At present,most colleges and universities in our country have constructed educational administration information management system based on B/S traditional mode and campus network based on wired transmission medium.At the same time,mobile terminals such as smart phones have been widely used among teachers and students in Colleges and universities.Therefore,this topic combines the shortcomings of the existing educational administration management system in T University,and conforms to the trend of network from wired access to wireless access.It focuses on the transition from educational administration information to mobile intelligent equipment in T University,and takes the current situation of T University and the existing educational administration management system as the starting point to respond to the construction goal of mobile Internet information and the urgent demands of teachers and students.Based on the current architecture of the existing educational administration management system and the development of the future schools,this paper puts forward the research objectives and significance of integrating the original educational administration management system,establishing a new educational administration information system based on the Wechat public platform,deploying on the cloud platform and utilizing the micro-service architecture.This paper elaborates on the specific scheme of the integration of the system with the existing educational administration management system and the architecture and technical analysis of the micro-service system,and elaborates on the demand analysis of the educational administration notification and publication function,course selection function,personal intelligent timetable function,examination information inquiry function,score inquiry function and other functional modules.Combining with the methods of mobile Internet technology and software engineering,the system architecture and functional modules are designed in detail,including process design,database design,interface design,etc.It shows the operation of the corresponding functions,and finally outputs the corresponding test and deployment plans.This paper tries to integrate the educational administration thought of T University and respond to the development needs of mobile internet,introduce the mobile Internet information technology on the basis of the existing educational administration management system,so as to integrate the existing educational administration management system with the Wechat public platform effectively,achieve the information synchronization and consistency between the old system and the new platform,and design a set of easy-to-use educational administration system on the basis of retaining the original educational administration management system.The educational administration information system of Wechat public platform with the characteristics of expansion,easy maintenance,easy operation,easy transplantation and strong reliability can effectively integrate the two systems,save the manpower,material and financial resources of the college to the maximum,improving the service quality of educational administration management,so as to make educational administration more scientific,modern and humanized.
