In recent years,with the continuous advancement of digital technology,military enterprises and individualized enterprises have improved the production mode of designing and manufacturing electronic products.At present,when military enterprises and individualized enterprises design and manufacture electrical products: first,the process designers rely on the circuit diagrams designed by the circuit designers to design the process operation guidebook,and then the workshop workers use the guidebook to assemble the electrical products,and finally the workers record the production information.Relying on this production mode not only brings a lot of work to the process designers,but also the intuition of the guidebook also brings trouble to the workers.In order to solve this situation,people have gradually proposed to use computer-aided technology to improve production mode.CATIA is a mainstream CAD software that builds 3D models of electronic products.At the same time,CATIA has opened a large number of interface functions that make it possible to integrate the system with CATIA.Creo View is a 3D visualization application that processes 3D models into 3D lightweight models.The 3D lightweight model can be opened by the browser and it will retain all the features of the original 3D model.Through the secondary development of CATIA and Creo View,this paper establishes a CATIA-based 3D electronic assembly process design system,which can improve the production mode of military enterprises and individualized enterprises to design and manufacture electronic products.The process is not only the core part of the system,but also the main part of the design and manufacture of electrical products by military enterprises and individualized enterprises.This paper mainly studies the three-dimensional electrical installation process design and three-dimensional electrical installation process release.The three-dimensional electrical installation process first defines a large number of general operations(work steps)and forms an XML document.Secondly,it defines a process matching table,which automatically associates the three-dimensional electrical model with the general process(step)and forms a process tree.Thirdly,the explosion map and disassembly animation of the three-dimensional electric model are made to enhance the visualization effect of the three-dimensional electric model.Fourth,the system will save the three-dimensional electrical equipment model through CATIA and save the process design information in XML format.Finally,The process regeneration technology meets the work requirements of the process designer “design-save-design-...”.The three-dimensional electrical installation process release first uses the template technology,mapping technology and XML format process documents to automatically generate of the traditional process operation guidebook;then it uses Creo View technology,system-defined XSL conversion documents and XML format process documents,3D electrical process model to automatically generate of the three-dimensional interactive process operation guidebook that is networked,electronic,three-dimensional,and lightweight.After extensive testing and trials,the system can design a complete three-dimensional electrical assembly process for the three-dimensional electrical model established by CATIA,and then output the traditional process operation guidebook and 3D interactive process operation guidebook.This system solves the problem of military enterprises and individualized enterprises in designing and manufacturing electronic products.
