Sleep is an important part of people's life and plays an important role in human health.But as now people's life pressure increases,more people appear sleep diseases,thus affecting physical and mental health.For sleep diseases,we should first monitor the physiological parameters during sleep,and then diagnose and treat them according to the information of sleep state.At present,the main sleep monitoring equipment is polysomnography(PSG).PSG has the characteristics of monitoring complete data and high accuracy.However,PSG is bulky,expensive and can only be used in hospital,which is difficult to meet the needs of patients' daily sleep monitoring.Based on this,a portable wireless remote sleep monitoring system based on network protocol is designed in this paper.The system can send the collected sleep EEG and EOG to the receiver of the remote hospital upper computer in real time through the network application layer protocol designed in this paper,without transmission distance limitation,which can meet the needs of patients for sleep monitoring at home.At the same time,the upper computer software improves the filtering algorithm to obtain more clear and reliable EEG and EOG.The portable wireless remote sleep monitoring system based on the network protocol selects STM32F407VGT6 as the main control chip to process the sleep signals collected at the front end;selects ADS1299 as the bioelectricity acquisition chip to collect the sleep EEG and EOG;selects SD card memory module to save the collected sleep signal;selects ESP8266 as the WiFi module to realize the wireless transmission of sleep signals.Then,based on TCP/IP protocol,JAVA is applied to Socket programming,and the network application layer protocol for signal transmission of sleep monitoring system is designed,which improves the defects of MQTT protocol that can not store data to database and can not send feedback information.By deploying the application layer protocol to the fixed IP server,and using the server as the transit station of data transmission,the real-time wireless remote transmission of sleep signal is realized.At the same time,in view of the shortcomings of traditional wavelet threshold function in denoising,a new wavelet threshold function is designed and constructed,which makes up for the defects of the deviation and discontinuity of soft and hard threshold functions,and makes the two-way EEG and two-way EOG signal waveforms displayed by the upper computer more clear and reliable.Finally,the sleep monitoring system was experimentally tested,and the EEGsignal collected by the system was characterized and analyzed by the spectral analysis,while the EEG signal was analyzed by the state analysis,and the results proved that the collected sleep signal met the actual monitoring requirements.The system has the characteristics of small size,easy to wear,high stability of long-distance transmission and good filtering performance,which can meet the needs of patients' sleep monitoring at home.
