In recent years,new mobile application devices have emerged in an endless stream,and the development of applications for mobile phones,tablets and other wearable mobile devices has changed rapidly.A key node of the era of the Internet of Things plays a vital technical support role;the Internet of Things location information perception technology mainly relies on the relevant location information provided by the Internet of Things location service system to users to provide users with information services related to the current user location.Although there are many applications based on location service technology,it also shows many problems.For example,the strength of the signal is greatly affected by changes in weather and geographic location,resulting in inaccurate positioning and large errors.Therefore,a positioning system or platform with strong stability and high security is needed to provide reliable servicesIn this paper,through the research of various positioning technologies and the actual demand analysis of the commissioned factory,after understanding the advantages and disadvantages of various indoor positioning technologies,it is concluded that the indoor positioning system based on iBeacon can solve the above problems well and meet the demand side.To provide safe and reliable positioning services based on actual business needs.This article uses iBeacon Bluetooth positioning technology as the cornerstone of the design.The main work content is multi-platform design.The front end includes web pages and mobile phones.It provides platform managers with real-time positioning of materials and supplies,track playback,electronic fence settings,and factory areas.Basic functional modules such as video surveillance.By acquiring the RSSI value of the iBeacon beacon,the real-time positioning module for personnel supplies constructs a fingerprint database,locates the beacon RSSI value corresponding to the real-time position of the personnel and the data in the fingerprint database,performs Euclidean distance calculation,and selects the point with the smallest Euclidean distance Location of real-time personnel.The front-end map engine uses leafLet as a "container" for electronic maps and positioning information,and real-time location information can be displayed in real time through leaflet.The trajectory playback function module needs to land the trajectory data of personnel supplies.The system uses MongoDB as the database for storing location information.When performing trajectory playback,it is necessary to perform"preprocessing" operations on the extracted location data to remove illegal trajectory points.Ensure smooth and smooth track playback.At the same time,the page supports multi-user track playback and multiple speed playback functions.The electronic fence module mainly relies on leaflet.draw implementation,which can draw irregular enclosed areas,and set property values such as the capacity of the changed area,fence registration and fence status.The electronic fence can be linked with real-time positioning or video surveillance to play a timely alarm and facilitate management.The factory video surveillance uses Ffmpeg to transcode the RTSP protocol into a browser-friendly RTMP protocol.The RTMP video stream can be played directly on the front end,the mobile terminal uses react-native-video for playback,and the web page uses vue-video-player to play.And can realize the remote control of the monitoring equipment through the PELCO-D control protocol.This system mainly uses the visual positioning display interface to display the real-time location information of employees,equipment and materials in the chemical plant in real time,which is more convenient for management personnel to manage.Providing a unified and efficient electronic platform can not only save the labor and material costs of company management and avoid management data vulnerabilities;it can also provide a more convenient and comfortable user experience for company managers.Through unified data sharing,while improving the efficiency of the company,it can also help the company to better plan and develop;it also allows managers to understand the available resources,better participate in arranging the company's development,understand the company's operation,and promote the company's development.
