Reseach On Indoor Positioning System Based On IBeacon Station And Indoor Mapping

With the development of technology,people pay more and more attention to indoor location technology.People have the need to know where they are in the buildings,they want to get the location and find the way quickly.And the managements also want to know where the customers are in their market.And for merchants,they also want to quickly identify the customers around the store,to push some precise marketing advertisings.Therefore,GPS can't work inside the buildings.We need wireless technology in the indoor situation.But because of cost to much or can not make accurate location,none indoor location tech widely has been widely used today.And we also need to find a solution that can efficiently utilize existing resources to achieve indoor map rendering in various scenes.In view of the above requirements and problems,this research project,confirms a scheme based on the iBeacon issued by the Apple Corp.An iBeacon with a certain density is arranged through the RSSI intensity ranging,with triangulation technology to determine the location.In addition,in map rendering,this topic looks for a scheme based on building CAD diagram,which can be transformed into SVG plotted on mobile phone terminal as indoor map.In this research,finally build a program of indoor positioning software based on SVG maps and iBeacon,and tested to verify the feasibility of the scheme.According to the test,the scheme can provide a positioning service with a precision of 1-3 meters in the environment of evenly arranging a iBeacon beacon within every 10 square meters.The advantage of this plan is making full use of the existing CAD building map resources and the iBeacon marketing resources.
