With the development of mobile Internet and intelligent terminals,LBS(Location-Based Service)service based on location has also developed rapidly. In positioning applications, satellite navigation and positioning is an important positioning method, which plays an important role in many fields such as vehicle navigation, geological survey, atmospheric monitoring, aviation and navigation, public safety, life services, etc. In the evolution of satellite positioning technology,in order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional satellite signals which are susceptible to interference and the long process of satellite searching,a network-assisted satellite positioning A-GNSS technology is developed. This technology uses ground base stations to transmit auxiliary information and realize fast satellite searching and positioning.Beidou navigation system is a satellite navigation system independently developed in our country, which plays an important role in the development of national defense and civil positioning industry. However, due to its short development time, there are still some vacancies in network-aided Beidou positioning A-BDS.The existing auxiliary positioning platforms on the market only support A-GPS-aided positioning. When using Beidou terminal, they can only be determined by traditional satellite.Bit positioning method can not make use of the auxiliary information of ground base station to achieve rapid positioning.By analyzing the standard of OMA organization SUPL system, this paper studies the existing network-aided positioning platform, and combines the characteristics of Beidou navigation system, designs and implements a positioning service platform supporting A-BDS and A-GPS multi-mode positioning mode.1.Supporting network-assisted Beidou and network-assisted GPS,and supporting high concurrent user positioning requests.2.According to the results of each location, the database of the relevant initial location is optimized to improve the reliability of the auxiliary information in the subsequent location.
