Design And Implementation Of ERP System For New Retail Cosmetics Enterprises Based On Cloud Computing

With the tide of Internet plus economy becoming more and more intense,Internet thinking has penetrated into all walks of life.Internet plus retail brings huge opportunities and challenges to traditional retailing industry.Ma Yun proposed "new retail" at the cloud habitat conference in 2016.The new retail is based on Internet thinking and technology,through the integration of online,offline and logistics,comprehensively reform and upgrade the existing social retail,so as to make the process of commodity production,circulation and service more efficient.In this epoch-making and subversive change,the traditional retail enterprises must conform to the trend of the times,use the Internet thinking to transform the management mode and operation mode of the reorganization enterprises,and must vigorously build the enterprise information system.The rapid development of cloud computing technology plays a huge role in promoting all walks of life.Combining cloud computing technology and the needs of new retail enterprises,it is an important trend to apply cloud computing technology to the informatization construction of new retail enterprises.The ERP system of new retail enterprise based on cloud computing in this paper is the customized design of mature SaaS end product orderin+netsuiteThe main work of this paper is as follows:This paper takes HM company,a new retail cosmetics company,as an example,combined with the development status of China's cosmetics retail industry,by analyzing the development status and business needs of HM company,finds out the development bottleneck of HM company,a new retail cosmetics company:lack of efficient methods to manage each product,low efficiency of collection and settlement,easy to appear business Error,not suitable for commodity price adjustment,low inventory efficiency[1].Using the mature SaaS end product orderin+netsuite implementation methodology of new retail enterprises,successfully launched the cloud ERP system of new retail cosmetics enterprises,namely the orderin+netsuite solution of new retail enterprises.In this paper,the system function design includes the main data management module design,sales management module design,purchase management module design,inventory management module design,financial management module design,and shows the implementation effect of each module.Finally,the system is tested,and the test results show that the function of the new retail enterprise ERP system based on cloud computing meets the actual needs of the company,The system has strong practical application value and has been used in HM companyThe new retail cosmetics enterprise information system optimizes the operation process of HM company,integrates the three flows of enterprise information flow,capital flow and logistics,and creates considerable profits for HM company.It helps HM company to implement the new retail strategy,promote the development of new retail mode,reduce the digital transformation of the enterprise,help the digital transformation of the enterprise,realize the integration of online and offline retail,improve the efficient coordination of supply chain,reduce the storage cost of the enterprise,and implement the o2o strategy of the enterprise.Through this ERP project,the company's informatization will be pushed to a new level,laying a foundation for the company's informatization unification,and for the realization of modern enterprise management and interactive application of big data.Through the ERP platform to establish a "visible,manageable" enterprise management and control tool,to realize the data to see the business situation,so as to assist managers in decision-making.Standardize business operation through processes and systems to reduce business risk;improve management and control efficiency and effect through informatization fixed line standard.This paper uses for reference the analysis and application of ERP project implementation in new retail enterprises.
