Convention and exhibition industry driven by the rapid development of economy，people on the exhibition of archives management are increasingly high，while theexhibition archives is not a set of complete management system. Finally，put forward corresponding countermeasures to solve theproblem，and from the three aspects of perfect exhibition archives management system，file management personnel’s professional level，the exhibition of digital archivesconstruction.
