Design And Realization Of Operation Indicators Monitoring Platform For A Communication Enterprise

In recent years,with the rapid development of the information and communication industry,the scale of communication traffic is also expanding,which puts forward higher requirements for the efficiency of dealing with traffic monitoring and warning and abnormal traffic warning.Under the traditional manual processing mode,the problems such as low alarm efficiency,small alarm range,insufficient accuracy and limited analysis ability become more and more prominent.In this situation,it is more and more necessary to build an efficient traffic operation index monitoring and early warning management system.Based on the consideration of these problems,and fully combined with the needs of a certain enterprise's traffic operation index monitoring work,a communication enterprise's traffic operation index monitoring and early warning platform is designed and implemented.The main research contents are as follows:In the introduction part of this paper,the research background and academic value of traffic operation index monitoring and early warning platform are described,and the current domestic and foreign related status quo is understood and analyzed through literature retrieval platforms such as How Net;in the system demand analysis part,based on the call center of a communication enterprise as the main application scenario,this paper is based on the characteristics of traffic data and traffic operation The actual needs of management and traffic operation monitoring and early warning are displayed in the form of use case diagram;in the design part of the system,the system is designed in detail from system architecture,function module,class and database,and the system is designed into four modules: data analysis,pre alarm analysis,index management,system management,and displayed in the form of activity diagram and class diagram.In the implementation part of the system,J2 EE technology,Ajax technology and SSH framework are used for development.In the process of development,eco persistent object technology is used to build a number of persistent objects,and the inheritance and association between the objects are built to realize the traffic operation index detection and early warning platform.Finally,through the function test and performance test,the traffic operation system is tested.Based on the actual demand of traffic operation management and traffic operation monitoring and early warning of a communication enterprise,combined with the characteristics of traffic data and network operation quality monitoring system,this paper designs and realizes a set of integrated traffic operation index detection and early warning platform,which is separated from the manual collection,mining analysis,classification and early warning of various traffic indexes.
