In recent years,with the popularity of computers and the application of the automatic control system,the production efficiency is greatly improved.ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)or SCM(Supply Chain Management)software which are commonly used in the office processing areas make the order processing and production process more efficient.But in the manufacturing,information technology is relatively backward,and there is little signal processing involved in the production.This thesis proposes a more efficient and more secure control of the production of information based on the fact of lack of information processing in manufacturing,to improve the information of production site and provide an operation of sophistication and simplification.The usual way of signal processing is as follow: computers will be installed around the devices,and information will be drawn and sent to the control system through PLC(Programmable Logical Controller)which communicates and monitors the device.However,there is a flaw of doing so,since information can be missing in the gap to the next communication circle,or even the devices can break down due to the overload of information through the media.The mode of developing system based on real time data generation unit can solve the problem effectively.By installing the real time data generation unit module in PLC system according to the real need,an information processing system which monitors the production process will be formed.By adding the function of standard data generation unit in PLC with self-control devices,an communication standard is established between OPC-based(Object Linking and Embedding(OLE)for Process Control)PLC and database.Therefore,information flows directly without the processing of computers,the accuracy of information is improved,and the real time of database is realized.In addition,by setting the SNTP(Simple Network Time Protocol)protocol in the system,PLC can have event management function.Even in more complex systems,it is also able to issue the correct instruction sequence,and decrease the possibility of poor communication as the result of the media overload.This system was ran in enterprise site to show that real-time data acquisition and processing for production site was feasible and effective.
