Research And Application Of Real-time Signal Processing Based On DSP

Aiming at the short-comings that signal analysis system can't guarantee real-time character and the traditional order analysis system has low tracking precision, low speed, and it cannot be applied expediently, this dissertation realizes real-time order analysis system with method of digital resample based on DSP.In chapter one, firstly, this dissertation expounds the significance of using order analysis method in the fault diagnosis of rotary machinery. Secondly, it expounds the recent development in signal processing system, relative techniques and the lack of the local signal analysis software. And it also introduces the researching background of the dissertation. The researching content of the dissertation is also given in this chapter.Chapter two introduces some key techniques of signal processing first. Next, it studies the theory of order analysis and discusses some methods generally used in order analysis.Chapter three researches several frameworks popularly adopted in real-time analysis system design currently. It also brings forward the hardware framework and software framework adopted in its system design.Chapter four is concentrated on the design of software platform about the real-time order analysis system. Firstly, it discusses the technology of OOP(Orient-Object Programme), multi-thread programming and DLL (Dynamic Link Library), secondly, it studies the design of the function modules in detail.In chapter Five the dissertation researches and discusses the digital track filter and the digital proportion composer used in real-time order analysis system, and it also studies the arithmetic and software flow of DSP about this system in detail.Chapters six summarizes this dissertation, and conceives the prospect of the order analysis system grounded on the current research status domestic and international.
