3D printing is a technology developed rapidly.With the further research of petroleum science,the traditional method of rock core manufacturing is unable to satisfy the demands of scientific research.As a new method of core manufacturing,rock materials 3D printing technology is studied in this paper.The core model can be obtained accurately using a rock materials 3D printer.This paper mainly presents the design and research of the key technology of control system for rock materials 3D printer,including the analysis of printing motion system,the design of motor control system and the design of printer temperature control system.First of all,this paper designs the structure of rock materials 3D printer.The kinematics analysis and dynamic characteristics of the printing platform are studied,and the stability of the motion system is verified.On this basis,mathematical modeling of the printing platform motor is carried out.The simulation analysis and PID controller of the motor control system are applied.Then the temperature control system is designed according to the demands of the 3D printer.The modeling and simulation of the temperature control system is completed.In addition,the setting time of rock materials is studied in this paper.The mathematical model of different materials' setting time is obtained.On this basis,the suitable ratio of materials is found.Finally,the experimental platform is built.The experimental results of 3D printing of rock materials show that the design is feasible.
