Design And Implementation Of Policy Research Information Platform

With the development of information technology popularization,the use of big data more and more,the effective management of information resources and the external service is very important.Until now,there is not a comprehensive policy information services platform by integrating the policy information resources,business processes,and all kinds of information technology,to create a one-stop information service platform.In this paper,the system is designed based on the information portal,using the network information technology,to fully mix the new model of information resources and network publishing,policy researchers,practitioners and the public policy to provide a personalized information service platform.And complex information system is a system engineering,the development of the system involves the computer applied technology configuration and running environment configuration: including hardware technology,software technology,network technology and database technology.This article mainly from the following several aspects to study and design the policy information service platform:First of all,by the support information system platform and stable operation of all kinds of hardware,system software and network systems infrastructure layer,the base layer is mainly composed of the application server,data server,network security equipment,core switching,routing,etc to form a composition.Using load balance technology,storage technology to strengthen the network data processing capability,data storage pressure and avoid data security risk.Secondly,data resource management by using JSON grab the various types of data,the public opinion of the interface system in Chinese text clustering technology for processing,such as after stored in the MySQL database server,using the data from the DM and OLAP analysis comb through the API layer to invoke the data.Finally,the application layer,implemented by means of Struts and Direct Web Remoting,multilayered system adopts B/S application system architecture model,and integration of the online digital publishing systems,DRM,support WebServices and middleware technology.
