Talent is an important resource for a company.How to make better use of talents and the enthusiasm of employees in the work process is of great significance to improving the efficiency of the company.In recent years,as the society gradually began to develop its human resources,it gradually introduced multiple perspectives and multiple levels of assessment ideas,but due to the corresponding technology cannot keep up with the core requirements of multi-angle and multi-level assessment management,the actual use efficiency of staff performance appraisal management.Not great.The rapid development of information technology has injected new impetus for the reform of assessment management,and has also become a strong and effective support for this assessment management.This article uses a relatively new information technology to design a three-dimensional assessment system for employees,which changes the existing objectivity and inefficiency of the existing assessment system,thus meeting the needs of modern enterprise management.This article studies the performance assessment system of enterprise employees.The performance evaluation management system has such functions as system settings,user management,assessment and evaluation,report analysis,and comprehensive query assessment analysis.The system is built on the J2 EE platform and adopts the B/S architecture.The design and management of the front page is presented using the JSP dynamic web page development technology and the Javascript scripting language.The logical component processing of the background business is realized by the fusion of the Java language and the SQL Server 2008 database management technology.,And in the database access is using Hibernate technology.The paper analyzes the requirements of the employee performance management system,and gives the relevant UML use case diagram.The thesis designs the functional module structure diagram of the system and the subdivided function design of each module,and designs the performance assessment business process and system software architecture;Out of the system database ER diagram and database table design.The paper also gives the system implementation and testing.The test results show that the system has achieved the design goals.
