With the rapid development of economy and society in China,the requirement for the quality of products in all walks of life has been gradually raised.Under this background,the quality of measuring instruments needs to be more accurate and reliable in order to ensure the further authenticity and accuracy of the corresponding equipment quality.At the same time,the current management of measurement instrument testing is still in a state of not completely divorced from manual work,and many work still continues the traditional recording mode;and there are many problems such as unclear authority,poor security,etc.Therefore,facing the current situation,it is necessary to develop a measurement instrument testing management system that can improve the current situation and meet the needs of various users.The main work of this paper includes:(1)In terms of B/S development mode,MVC three-tier architecture,J2 EE technology,SQL Server 2012 and JAVA programming language technology,the requirements of measurement instrument detection and management system based on B/S architecture are put forward and analyzed in detail,mainly in four aspects:business requirements,functional requirements,fault intelligent analysis requirements and non-functional requirements.(2)On the basis of requirement analysis,the overall and comprehensive design of the system,network structure and specific functional structure is carried out;then the detailed functional design is carried out.The system includes the design of sampling management,verification management,certification management,customer management,system management functions.Finally,the system authority,fault intelligent analysis and data are carried out.Design of library;(3)Introduce the detailed content of calibration and calibration algorithm ofmetrology instrument from two aspects of verification and calibration which are mainly involved in the system.Verification and calibration are introduced in detail from three aspects: elimination of outliers,evaluation of verification results and examples.(4)The key algorithm and the function realization and test of the designed system.The specific implementation environment,algorithm and related process of specific functional modules of the whole system and the implementation process of specific algorithms are introduced.In the last part of the test,the relevant principles of the test,the specific implementation environment and methods are given,and the performance of each function is tested.The measurement instrument testing management system based on B/S architecture has passed the specific test.According to the test results,we can see that the system designed in this paper has better stability and can meet the actual needs of measurement instrument testing management based on B/S architecture.In addition to having strong stability,the system can also realize the sharing of management and control information among staff members.The sharing of information helps staff to obtain more timely and comprehensive accurate information,improves the means of information automation for measuring instrument detection,further improves the standardization,intellectualization and paperless level of measuring instrument detection and management operation,and improves the level of standardization,intellectualization and paperless management.The working efficiency and quality of measurement instrument testing management are discussed.
