With the great development of China's communication network,telecom operators have begun to compete fiercely against user market occupation since they obtained full-service operation licenses.The optical cable network has a long construction period and is difficult to construct,which cannot meet the increasingly strong business development needs.Optical cable network has many problems,such as the pipeline pipe hole resources are scarce,the main core is insufficient,the distribution point is chaotic,and so on.The difficulty in building and optimizing optical cable networks is increasing,and it is urgent to optimize an optical cable network.This paper mainly combines the planning of the Beihai mobile integrated service access area and implements optimization on the basis of the existing network.The main research content includes the following several aspects:1.Basic data collection.Reviewing the full service development and the development of optical cable networks,Introduce the evolution of optical cable network architecture for full service operation.Analyze and compare the impact of the integrated service access area planning platform,planning ideas and user information survey methods on the planning results.Appropriate access layer support tools has been selected and census data by property point has been collected.A total of 1747 property sites in Beihai urban area were determined by census.2.Establish a core calculation model and measurement table.Through the analysis and research of various business types in the property point,Choosing appropriate access technology for core measurement according to different business needs.The number of uplink cores,distribution optical cable,secondary fiber point capacity,trunk optical cable,and trunk fiber point capacity are derived in turn.According to the statistics of the industrial points and the core tables of the census,The demand of Beihai secondary fiber separation point capacity is 58240 cores,The capacity requirement of main fiber separation point is 5608 cores.3.Output planning results.According to the planning principles of integrated service access area division,fiber splitting point setting,backbone optical cable,distribution optical cable,Optimizing principles of optical cable network are combined with splitting of access area,adding access area,optimizing optical cable and optimizing fiber points,the Beihai mobile integrated service access area planning results are exported.Planning for 121 new 288 core optical transit boxes and 80 new 576 core optical transit boxes,A total of 328 km of new optical cables4.Network optimization of Beihai Mobile Company.The Beihai Haitian Garden access area was selected for optimization experiments.Through optimization,basic resources such as fibre core,pipe hole and fibre splitting terminal in access area are released.Resource utilization and availability are improved.The average time of new business in covered property points from demand to opening is shortened by 3 days from 7 days before optimization,The average time of new business in uncovered property points from demand proposition to opening was shortened from 14 days before optimization to 7 days.Finally,five optimization models and solutions of access optical cables are summarized,including the use of base station optical cables on the convergence room,the main branch of service access points,the use of base station optical cables as the distribution optical cables,the auxiliary optical traffic through the liaison optical cables and the convergence room on the base station optical cables,the cross-area access of service,and two optimization models of main optical cables,such as the high utilization rate of main optical cables and the large area of access area,etc,Provide practical proof for other actively promoting the optimization of optical cable network.
