Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of China's cross-border e-commerce,the contribution value of foreign trade in the national economy is constantly rising.Cross-border e-commerce has become a new economic growth point of the country.Generally speaking,China's cross-border e-commerce market is mainly concentrated in western developed countries,such as Europe,the United States and so on.However,objectively speaking,the target countries have their own particularities,especially the EU market.There are many countries within the EU organization,and the level of informatization and economic basis are different.Therefore,the level of e-commerce development also has some differences.Therefore,in order to further promote e-commerce exchanges between China and EU countries and achieve national economic development through the development of cross-border e-commerce,we must attach importance to understanding and judging the current situation,development level and existing problems of E-commerce in EU,so as to further promote China's understanding of Europe.The development of cross-border e-commerce economy.Based on this background situation,this paper refers to the existing domestic and foreign academic literature,explores 28 members of the European Union and selects 12 indicators such as e-commerce infrastructure and application by means of data model analysis to build an indicator system.The factor analysis method and cluster analysis method are used to analyze the development level and its evolution of B2 C e-commerce in EU countries.It is concluded that the level of e-commerce in Germany,France,Sweden and other countries is ideal,the level of e-commerce in Latvia,Romania and other countries is low,and the overall level of e-commerce development in Southern and Eastern Europe is low.Based on the results of this analysis,the Chinese government and enterprises will further understand the development of B2 C e-commerce in EU countries and give targeted suggestions and countermeasures for cross-border e-commerce in China.
