[Purpose] With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years,various types of APPs in the application store are emerging one after another.The APP as a kind of APP that can provide fast and convenient health information and solve user health problems has been widely welcomed by the public.Many merchants have started to develop their websites and gradually develop their corresponding mobile APPs.However,with the development of the consultation APP,the number of users has gradually stabilized.There are some development problems in this kind of APP,and the activity level of APP users is not satisfactory.At the same time,the competition of various mobile medical APPs is intensifying.The core functions are also more similar.The APP user switching application can also meet the functions that they need.To achieve the commercial value of the APP,how to maintain the active user's willingness to use becomes a key issue.Therefore,maintain the user.The willingness to continue to use is very important for the APP.[Methods] Through the research of related literatures at home and abroad,this paper comprehensively sorts out the relevant theories of customer value,and combines the characteristics of the appraisal APP itself to analyze the influencing factors of the willingness of users of APP users.Assumption.Through empirical research,questionnaire surveys were conducted,and descriptive statistical analysis was performed on the data collected after the questionnaire was issued,and reliability and validity analysis and regression analysis were performed using SPSS software.[Results] Regression analysis showed that APP utility,APP quality,perceived doctor communication ability,perceived professional ability,electronic health literacy and perceived health threat were linearly related to users' willingness to continue to use.Privacy risk and substitute quality continued to be used by users.Willingness has a negative impact effect.[Conclusions] In the field of mobile medical science,this study combines the theory of customer value,considers the perceived benefits of APP users and the cost of the application,and combines the characteristics of the APP itself to increase the electronic health literacy and perceived health threats.Variables.Understanding that procedural,functional,and non-monetary costs can significantly affect the willingness to continue to use.
