At present,the problems that enterprises have in IT management are mainly non-standard work processes,backward management methods and awareness of hair dyeing services.The existence of these problems often directly affects the work flexibility of enterprises and the processing speed of events,which will cause enterprises to waste a lot of resources and cannot improve efficiency.For enterprises,the traditional IT operation and maintenance method will not only seriously affect the operational efficiency of its business,but also make the enterprise bear excessive input costs.In order to change this situation,the Internet company represented the company and began to try to introduce new technologies to change the current IT operation and maintenance work.This technology is the ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)information technology infrastructure library.The introduction of ITIL technology not only strengthens the enterprise's IT operation and maintenance service management capabilities,but also enables the enterprise to complete the transformation from the original IT operation and maintenance work to the IT service management.Of course,in the process of accelerating the development of information technology,it is necessary to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.For enterprise IT service management,it is also necessary to build the enterprise's own characteristics to develop the corresponding IT service management system.It has been proved that ITIL-based IT service management system not only can significantly improve user experience and satisfaction,but also control the operating costs of enterprises to reduce the potential threats of enterprises.Based on the above,this paper takes the current status of IT operation and maintenance of a certain branch of China Mobile as the background,and makes reference to the existing research results,and completes a set of IT service management system suitable for the operation and management of a certain branch of China Mobile.This paper mainly takes the status of IT operation and maintenance of a certain branch of China Mobile as the background.In the system design,the system adopts B/S structure and MVC mode.In functional design,the system includes events,problems,changes,work supervision,historical work,etc.Functional module;system implementation,the system uses JAVA and database and other related technologies,according to object-oriented development ideas to design and implement an ITIL-based IT service management system suitable for a branch of China Mobile.According to the test results,the ITIL-based IT service management system designed in this paper basically achieves the system design goal,which not only improves the management resource utilization rate and reduces the management cost of the enterprise.Using the system in this paper,the resources of a branch office become more stable,reliable and efficient in management,which also greatly reduces the input cost of the enterprise without affecting the service quality and customer satisfaction it provides.In addition,the ITIL-based IT service management system also plays a role in regulating the management of enterprise IT service processes.It quantifies the workload of enterprise service personnel and enables managers to more easily assess the performance of service personnel.
