The wireless sensor network(WSN)is a dynamic self-organizing network composed of a large number of sensor nodes with information sensing,data processing,and wireless communication capabilities.With the rapid development and maturity of technologies such as chip design,hardware manufacturing,communication,networking,software development,and system testing,WSN technology has also developed rapidly.At present,WSN has played an important role in many applications due to its flexibility,reliability,security and low cost,and has broad application prospects.Aiming at the network management requirements of many independent wireless sensor nodes in traditional industrial production,this paper proposes an industrial WSN technical scheme that uses low-cost wireless RF devices which are widely used in industrial production as data transceivers.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the wireless RF devices and the requirements of the technical scheme,designed a WSN protocol,including MAC protocol,routing protocol,transport layer protocol,application layer protocol etc.,to solve the problems that many independent wireless sensor nodes cannot be self-organized and lack multi-hop data transmission capability in industrial production;designed hardware circuits with CC1101 as the wireless RF transceiver and STM32F103ZET6/STM32F103C8T6 as the main controllers,to provide a WSN hardware platform for running WSN protocol;transplanted uCOS-II to the WSN hardware platform,and designed the WSN software based on uCOS-II to implement the entire WSN protocol;verified the related functions of the designed WSN system.The experimental results show that the designed WSN has the functions of the self-organizing network,data multi-hop transmission,etc.,which can realize the network management of sensor nodes and has certain practicability.The main contents of this paper are listed as follows:(1)Reviewed the literature at home and abroad;analyzed the concept,characteristics,research status and application fields of WSN,and the shortcomings of existing WSN application schemes;determined the research objectives and research contents of this paper.(2)Planned the structure,application system,protocol system and tasks of designing for WSN.(3)Designed the WSN communication protocol,which includes the MAC layer protocol,routing protocol,transport layer protocol,network topology control,etc.(4)Designed the coordinator hardware platform with CC1101 as the wireless RF transceiver and STM32F103ZET6 as the main controller;designed the node hardware platform with CC1101 as the wireless RF transceiver and STM32F103C8T6 as the core controller;finished making the corresponding hardware platforms.(5)Transplanted uCOS-II to the coordinator and node hardware platform;designed all hardware drivers and application task programs based on uCOS-II;designed the PC testing software system.(6)Combined with the PC testing software system,verified the WSN functions on the WSN hardware platform.
