In recent years,with the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration policy,the logistics integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has gradually taken shape,and a new trend of synergistic development between the two has emerged.The logistics industry is increasingly moving towards a green and clean direction,which has made the electric energy-saving vehicles that save energy and reduce emissions attract attention and gradually promote their application.In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,electric vehicles are used for logistics distribution,improving the layout of charging facilities,planning and planning distribution routes,shortening driving time,reducing transportation costsjand developing green logistics,thus promoting the continuous development of logistics integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.This paper first introduces the related theories of location selection and vehicle path optimization of electric vehicle logistics distribution.Secondly,on the basis of an overview of the situation of electric logistics vehicles,the development status,policy and market scale,charging facilities construction and application fields of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics integration are studied separately.Then,combining the traditional LRP with the electric vehicle logistics distribution characteristics,a three-level integer programming model(3E-EVLRP)for the location selection of the electric vehicle logistics distribution charging facility-vehicle path optimization problem is constructed.In this model,the total cost of charging facility construction cost,vehicle transportation cost and penalty time cost is the objective function,which is based on the location of the charging facility and the node of the driving route,the electric logistics vehicle power,the loading volume during the delivery process,and the time window condition.According to the characteristics of the model,the solution process is divided into three stages,and the genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are designed respectively.Finally,using the optimized algorithm of the design,the optimal construction location of the charging facility and the optimal path plan of the vehicle are obtained,which provides a reasonable reference for the optimization of electric vehicle logistics distribution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
