Three-dimensional printing(3DP)technology has rapidly developed into one of the mainstream of rapid prototyping technology.Compared with other rapid prototyping technologies,it has faster prototyping speed,broader materials,simpler prototyping process and cheaper equipment,and three-dimensional printing technology can form full-color parts with high precision at one time without any post-processing technology.Therefore,it has broad prospects and great market value and development potential.However,as the most advantageous technology in three-dimensional printing technology,color three-dimensional printing develops slowly.There is insufficient research on new equipment,new materials,new technology and interaction between different industries.It is impossible to systematically study equipment,materials and processes in a standardized way,which leads to the development of three-dimensional printing technologies can not go hand in hand,always neglecting one another,and Further can not lead to the expansion of the 3D printing market.Therefore,the development of a complete forming system,forming materials and forming process for the three-dimensional printing and forming industry and even the entire manufacturing industry,has important guiding significance and great market value.For this reason,this paper makes relevant exploration and exploration around the color forming system,forming materials and forming technology.The main contents and achievements of the research are as follows:(1)In this paper,a self-developed three-dimensional printing and forming system of HW-P440 is analyzed in detail.The design idea and process of mechanical motion system,inkjet system,powder laying system and control system are introduced.From the point of view of mechanical structure,the existing structure is improved accordingly,the inherent problems are solved and the motion accuracy is improved.A large number of accuracy tests show that the three-dimensional(XY plane and Z axis direction)motion accuracy of the equipment is excellent,and the overall motion error is controlled within 0.02 mm.(2)Research and development of binder and moulding material for three-dimensional printing and moulding technology.The principle of sprinkler droplet spraying and the bonding principle between droplet and powder were deeply analyzed.Combining with the index requirements of ink in plane printing industry,a practicalenvironmental friendly binder was prepared,and the main powder of forming material was determined.A large number of tests on binder and powder of moulding material show that the powder of moulding material prepared in this paper has better performance.After the bonding reaction with the binder,a solid part with better overall effect can be formed.(3)Compilation and optimization of color algorithm.Based on the bitmap information of color cross-section obtained by slicing software and the standard print output format,this paper combines the halftone algorithm in digital printing,and deeply explores the principle of color conversion.Based on the characteristics of object-oriented design in C++ language,more than ten kinds of binary bitmap transformation algorithms for true full-color bitmap information are compiled and encapsulated in CBit2 prn class as functions.The color algorithm based on ordered jitter is determined by comparing the algorithm execution.Based on the image evaluation method of MATLAB,the optimal color algorithm for imaging is obtained.(4)Molding experiment and defect solving.In this paper,the characteristics of three-dimensional printing process are analyzed,and the optimal process parameters are determined through a large number of on-line experimental tests,and the solutions to the defects in the forming process are provided.The results show that all the dimensional accuracy errors of the parts are within 2.50%,and the fine structures within 2 mm can be formed,and the parts have good surface quality.The printing of color objects is realized,which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.
