SC(Switched-capacitor)circuits are widely adopted in the design of filter and analogdigital converter due to the feature of high density and high accuracy.With the development of SOC(System on Chip),the demand of SC circuit design automation is also increasing.But analyzing discrete-time system in the frequency domain is not easy.Traditional SC circuit simulator can only provide numerical result and how to optimize area and noise remains a problem.This research applied GPDD(Graph Pair Decision Diagram),a symbolic theory,to analyze SC circuits and summarized the cell-blocks method,finally developed a software tool.It's written in C++ with a lot of coding and can provide cancellation-free TF(Transfer Function)representation for a given SC circuit topology,plus with some optimization method.Circuit designers can benefit from it.
