Mhealth(Mobile Health)refers to the provision of health-related services through mobile devices.In mobile environment,it refers mainly to health service-based APP based on Android and iOS mobile terminal systems.Although the rapid development of mobile health market with frenzied capital investment,mobile health applications invest heavily to accumulate users but with little success.At present,the vast majority of users react several problems about mobile health APP including complex operation,disordered process that result in small and low activity rate users in this field.Mobile health application developers want to seize the market through continuous improvement of products and services to improve the user experience.Thus,product optimization and service enhancement of mobile health APP can guarantee sustainable and healthy development of the mobile health care applications.However,the mobile health environment has the characteristics of complexity and flexibility.User activities are based on multi-scene,different types of users are different,behavior patterns are different,and user's behavior often shows high level of heterogeneity.In this paper,we focus on the motive and behavior of the target user,and propose a set of methods for creating persona in mobile health field.Through establishing the target user model to help the product staff understand the difference characteristics of user groups,and in accordance with the characteristics of differentiated user groups to design and provide targeted products and services.Firstly,user behavior log is combined with domain knowledge to preprocess.After preprocessing event logs are aggregated,the users are grouped,and a simplified user group operation flow model is obatined.After then based on user clustering,enrich user attributes.And get a complete persona by analyzing user group characteristics and operational flow model.Finally,through the user personality portrait,accurate recognition of user characteristics and user behavior,to optimize the APP and enhance operation and maintenance services.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)User group identify in MhealthIn this paper,aiming at the characteristics of mobile health information system,we propose a method of persona creation.Firstly,the user behavior log is extracted,the process instance is divided and the business scene is identified according to the specific business scene knowledge in the mobile health field,and the user behavior log based on the specific business scene is obtained.After the data preprocessing,the obtained process instance represents the behavior and motive of the user operation,and then calculates the similarity degree of the process instance structure.Based on the similarity,the instance clustering is carried out.Since each user owns at least one instance,the users of a set are aggregated to form a user-clustering model.(2)Persona creation in MhealthThe preceding steps divide the server log into the user group based on the user group by the quantitative analysis method according to the user's operation behavior,and get the corresponding behavior order model and log statistical data to discuss the overall behavior of different user groups features.Then use qualitative data to enrich the user group attributes,combined with real data,select the typical features added to the persona,so that persona is more plentiful and true.(3)Persona analysis and application in MhealthBased on the result of persona,we can get the classification of users,the basic attributes of all kinds of users and the characteristics of operation behavior.The final form of persona can assist the UI optimization and function improvement of mobile application system,and play the role of the next iteration.The new version of the log can generate a new round of data,thus forming a closed loop of information.In addition,based on the mobile health field persona,the field provides a set of user community annotation features in the field.It can make operation and maintenance personnel quickly identify the persona.(4)Prototype platform construction and application validationThe platform of persona clustering for mobile health field is constructed,and the method steps are given and the result is visualized.In order to verify the validity of the method,this paper applies the architecture to the mobile health appointment registration system,carries on the persona analysis,and compares with the actual historical data annotated user group,thus verifies this system feasibility.In this paper,we will solve the problem of creating persona in mobile health field by designing,implementing and applying validation,and get effective persona grouping results,apply UI optimization and functional improvement to mobile health APP,and user operation to integrate all aspects to enhance the mobile health user experience.
