Design And Implementation Of Housekeeping Information Platform Based On O2O

With the constantly increasing of people's income and people's pursuit of life quality,housekeeping service has got an increasing demand among people.However,traditional housekeeping industry's management and operating could not meet ever-increasing demand in the background of increasingly fierce competition.With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years,O2 O e-commerce model has got an increasing development which becomes the important direction of future housekeeping development.This paper introduces the design and implementation of housekeeping information platform based on O2 O.The platform uses information technology to improve the service efficiency of housekeeping and break the information asymmetry between the two sides of supply and demand.Finally to establish an appreciable credit system for developing standards of housekeeping service and improving services quality.Main contributions in this paper are summarized as follows.1.Combine the business requirement of housekeeping and the feature of O2 O,design and realization Web system of management and mobile APP client,which can establish a perfect closed-loop of housekeeping O2 O.The Web system mainly provides functions for daily operation and management,includeing: people management,service order management and data statistics management.The mobile APP client take Android system for example,mainly design and realization the functions including personal center,online booking,online payment,online reviews and order management.2.Based on the LBS technology we can solve the problem of the localization and the regionalization on housekeeping service.We will reasonably arrange work schedule to ensure service users can reduce waiting and travel time by dividing work arrangement according to residential area.And the platform will provide the domestic companies with many methods of management for improving company ability of management and the efficiency of housekeeping work.3.Design and Realization of unified Restful interface.And the platform use Https and RSA certification to establish safe and reliable data communication.The platform has been put into use by cluster in several thousand users and has obtained a good evaluation.It can provide convenient,quickly and safely housekeeping service,and greatly raise work efficiency for service users.The housekeeping information platform based on O2 O has important significance for solving the problems and improving the development of housekeeping industry.
