"Xiaomifeng" Housekeeping 020 Service APP Interactive Design

As mobile Internet is developed,people's basic necessities also cannot be separated from the mobile terminal that gives priority to smart phones.Smart phone APP plays an important role in people's life based on its easy operation,portability and good interaction experience and other features.Nowadays,nothing is better than the most popular 020 door-to-door APP,through which users can randomly choose the goods or services they want,and also are able to remain within doors to enjoy various services.However,with an increasingly fierce competition in the market,the homogeneity phenomenon of such kind of application is increasingly serious.Meanwhile,the merchant is more in pursuit of APP launch speed,but ignores the users' experience,thus making them have a varying experience.Also,the users' demand for experience is gradually improved so that the two trends form a striking contrast.Therefore,it has become an urgent thing to make up this kind of contrast.Based on the above issues,this paper develops a discussion using an example of the "small bee" which is a housekeeping 020 service APP.The content of the first three chapters is mainly as following.Firstly,the development summary of such application at home and abroad is analyzed through a lot of literature reading and actual investigation.Secondly,the related theory and development trend of interaction design and visual interface design are summarized.Thirdly,the interactivity in interactive design of mobile phone APP is analyzed,the expression form and significance of interactivity are also summarized.The fourth and fifth chapters take theories in the first three chapters as the support.Then,the two sets of applications which are more in line with the user's requirements are designed from the "user" and"service staff" according to the different requirement dimensions for products.At first,it makes an analysis of the demand and role for "small bee" products.In turn,the interactive prototype and interactive flow chart are designed,the interactive instructions are written as well.Finally,the personalized visual rendering is designed according to the characteristics of target user group.Many problems in 020 door-to-door APP will be solved through the research result in thesis so as to meet the user's demands,such as homogenization and poor user experience,etc.Besides,it also provides the corresponding reference for both the transition of traditional industries and the iteration of similar APP.
