With the boom of intelligent manufacturing Work Order Management System as the core of the workshop production management in MES has become the primary driving force for manufacturing innovation.A work order defines a processing operation in the workshop.Work Order Management System can greatly improve the production efficiency by controlling all processing operations in workshop.However,the traditional work order system not only has the advantages of poor universality,weak integration,lack of interoperability,poor reconstruction capability and can't achieve paperless operation.Especially in the discrete manufacturing enterprises,the daily workshop operations mainly rely on manual jobs,meeting and scheduling.Networking and intelligent is the base for two integration of manufacturing enterprises and is the core to promote intelligent manufacturing.The development of intelligent technology has brought a high-speed mobile network environment and a more portable mobile terminal equipment for mankind.In this paper,the original work order management system is reconstructed and optimized according to the actual needs of the enterprise.The system designed in this paper adopts cross platform development technology.The system is able to adapt to the changing business process needs of the enterprise,can quickly upgrade the deployment.It is highly scalable,high flexibility and can automatically record production process data.So it can achieve paperless production.On the basis of traditional MES system,the work order management system based on mobile intelligent terminal providing a unified data source by the combination of the automatic data acquisition from the NC machine tool and the scanning data acquisition from intelligent terminal.We have used domain design,MVVM,Asp.net Boilerplate,Angular JS and other key technologies to develop and implement.First,the paper analyzes the system requirements and the definition of the overall process of work order management,through the four stages of labor dispatching,processing,quality inspection and working hour statistics.The system use case model is established for PC client and mobile intelligent terminal,which includes five kinds of identities,such as workshop dispatcher,workshop machine leader,work shop operator,quality inspector and system administrator.And then,the paper analyzes the architecture design using four layer structure,from top to bottom respectively in the presentation layer,application layer,domain layer and data layer.And the system can divided into Web module,mobile terminal module,business application module,business domain module,interface module and common core module.Then,described the deployment design,development environment and operation platform of the system.The login module,the work order dispatch module,the machine operation module,the quality inspection module,the basic configuration module and the report module of “work order management system” are described detailly.Also emphatically described the analysis of event flow,the realization of business object and entity,the design of progressive database,the construction of application service,the construction of Web API and the implementation of display page.Finally,the system performance is verified and demonstrated through functional tests and non functional tests.With the mobile work order management system,all worker can view real-time production status by pushing information.And can also directly check the workflow card to obtain all the historical and real-time information of work order.It makes paperless production true.
