Assessment Research Of IVR System Design And Facilities Choose Based On Telecom Level Standard

Cooperated by Shanghai Mobile and Railway Bureau of Shanghai,Railway IVR Tickets Booking System is the first group customer service system access to the core network in Shanghai.During the Spring Festival in former years,it experienced many major faults,the running of the IVR system is facing a severe test.How to build a scientific assessment method of the IVR system to meet the requirements of telecom level standard has become an urgent matter,so the research topic in IVR system assessment model was determined.Firstly,the paper described the running conditions of the railway IVR booking system,and introduced the IVR system.Then discussed the assessment model of IVR system,summarized the assessment index system,the assessment method and the assessment standard,and proposed the assessment model of IVR services based on telecom level standard.Through the study of the life cycle frame and demand elements of the IVR system,the paper proposed the assessment system to meet the telecom level standard,and the use of railway IVR booking system for verification.Finally,the paper summed up as "the assessment suggestions of IVR system based on telecom level standard ",realized the standardized operation of IVR system assessment based on telecom level.This research made meaningful attempts and explorations on scientific and standardization for assessments of the IVR system based on telecom level standard in Shanghai Mobile.The assessment model proposed based on the telecom level standard and the system frame of IVR system based on life cycle have certain innovation,will provide reference for other IVR systems and other service systems.
