In recent years,with the expansion of the scale of HX company,the rapid increase in the volume of business,the company's original ERP system has been unable to meet the daily needs.Specific performance lies in the internal data transfer process between the various departments of the enterprise,coupled with the lack of uniform data statistics,resulting in inventory,reconciliation consumes huge manpower and material resources.For the outside,because there is no unified electronic information platform between the enterprise and the outside company,the transmission of the data information basically stays in the simple way of relying on the telephone,e-mail or fax.There are a lot of artificial participation in these processes,which is not only a waste of company costs but also easy to make mistakes.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis adopts an integrated method of module,using RFC,BAPI and ALE-Idoc interface technology,the external electronic material adopt internal SAP system and enterprise integration,forming an integrated electronic information data platform,the purchasing department and suppliers to establish meaningful information communication terminal,to to ensure that enterprises can effectively convey information,so as to realize the enterprise's supply chain management E.The main work of this thesis is as follows: 1.According to the present situation of the existing ERP system and the external material recovery system in the enterprise,based on the requirement analysis,this thesis puts forward a set of system integration scheme.The SAP R/3 system,development platform and technology interface are analyzed and studied.2.Combined with the enterprise actual business needs and characteristics of enterprise application integration,establishes the framework of system integration scheme and implementation of border technology to achieve docking system through the data exchange between the system and established the architecture of an integrated implementation plan of the whole system,using the method of integrated module to realize the SAP system and production system.3.The function and performance of the integrated system are tested and analyzed,which verifies the practicability and feasibility of the integrated system.The research achievements above the stage,basically reached the expected target,but at the same time the system also exist many deficiencies,for example,some features of the developed program is not perfect,can increase the number of error messages,so the operator can find the problem as soon as possible,solve the problem of high efficiency.In the aspect of system interface,it is necessary to strengthen the study and Research on the technology integration platform and improve the processing ability of the system integration interface data.The above provides a certain reference value for academic research,but also for further research in the future clear direction,and its implementation experience can also be used for reference and reference of other enterprises.At the same time,through the analysis of HX optimization and integration of enterprise information system,can also be extended to other business process of the enterprise information management,such as sales,production,warehouse,reconciliation and other aspects,but also helps other enterprises to optimize procurement supply chain as an opportunity to control information for the entire enterprise business process and have a more rational and scientific,to a solid foundation for the healthy development of enterprise.
