Research On Information Demand Contents Of Baoding Returning Migrant Workers In Entrepreneurship

With the continuous growth of China's economy,migrant workers have accumulated a certain amount of capital,experience and contacts in the city,and the intention of returning home to start an undertaking has increased significantly.Local governments are also gradually strengthening infrastructure and entrepreneurship service system to provide green channels for returning migrant workers to start their own businesses.Baoding is a city with a large number of returning migrant workers.At the same time,with the establishment of Xiongan New District,more migrant workers choose to return home and start their own businesses.In the process of entrepreneurship,it is very important for returning migrant workers to obtain and use information in time.The information needs of returning migrant workers in the process of entrepreneurship should be paid attention to,among which the content of information needs is an important research content.From the perspective of returning migrant workers,this paper mainly studies the information needs of returning migrant workers in Baoding area in the process of entrepreneurship,and solves the existing problems.Firstly,this paper defines the relevant concepts,and defines three main dimensions of the content framework of information needs in the process of returning migrant workers' entrepreneurship: human information,opportunity information and resource information,supported by Timmons' entrepreneurship process model and other theories.Secondly,through interviews with representative returning migrant workers in Baoding area,the paper extracts the key words of information demand content in the process of their entrepreneurship,classifies the key words into characteristic vectors of information demand in the process of entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers with Baoding characteristics,and matches and expands the three dimensions.Finally,this paper synthetically analyses the content of information demand in the whole process of entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers in Baoding through questionnaires.On the basis of investigation,this paper finds out the characteristics of information demand content and related problems in the process of entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers in Baoding area,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.This paper finds that the characteristics of information demand in the process of returning migrant workers' entrepreneurship mainly concentrate on the following aspects: the highest attention to policy information,the strong demand for capital information,and the important information of sales channels.The reasons for these phenomena lie in their inadequate information acquisition ability,and entrepreneurship based on their own experience.On the other hand,the local policy information propaganda is not in place,the propaganda and training efforts are insufficient,and the third party platform is not perfect.Accordingly,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from three aspects: setting up a mutual learning group of entrepreneurship information to consciously improve the level of education;proposals to local governments: carrying out professional skills information training,increasing the propaganda of policy information,and improving diversified financial information policies;Suggestions of third-party organizations: broaden access to capital information,improve marketing strategies of entrepreneurship information platform,and provide resource information to improve the possibility of individual entrepreneurship in many ways.
