Since the 20 th century,people's lifestyles have undergone essential changes,and fragmented reading has become a new trend in mass reading.Under the combined effect of mobile technology,digital technology and network technology,listening to books is gradually becoming a new fragmentation of modern people.The way of reading,while relieving public pressure,enriches the spiritual and cultural life of modern people.In this context,the audiobook platform with the core of listening to the book emerged as the times require,based on the advantages of the Internet,to achieve the connection between the audience and the content producers.The emergence of audio-visual platform has led to profound changes in the audio-reading industry.Through the integration of market and industrial resources,it has promoted the overall upgrading of content production,dissemination,and income distribution.While realizing the rationalization of market formats,it has greatly expanded the audiobook market and Reading method.Aiming at the rapid development of audiobook platform,this paper systematically discusses the development background,process and characteristics of domestic audiobook platform.With content,sales and channels as the main perspectives,this paper explores the problems in the development of audiobook platform.This paper takes "Himalayan FM" as the research object,and draws on the experience of domestic and foreign audiobook platform development to provide rational suggestions for the sound development of domestic audiobook platform.The research methods used in this paper mainly include literature review method,comparative analysis method and case analysis method.The content of this article includes the following four parts:Chapter one is an overview of audiobooks and audiobook platforms.The concept of audiobook platform is defined,and the development process,development reasons and characteristics of audiobook platform are analyzed.Chapter two summarizes the development dilemma of audio book platform in China.This chapter mainly analyzes the predicament of audio book platform from three aspects:content production,product sales and service channels.The third chapter summarizes and summarizes the foreign audio book platform development experience for our reference.The fourth chapter takes the “Himalayan FM” platform as a typical case,focusing on how to take effective measures to achieve its breakthrough and development in view of theabove dilemmas.
