With the rapid development of wireless technology,future RF devices tend to be miniaturized,high performance and integrated,in order to adapt to the development trend of future communications,LTCC technology with high reliability,high temperature resistance and excellent high frequency performance is widely used in the design of RF devices.This paper will design and study RF passive devices such as filters and antennas based on LTC C technology.Firstly,there are many difficulties in miniaturization and multi-band design for LTCC antennas.A LTCC dual-band antenna for Bluetooth and WIFI high frequency band is proposed.Based on the traditional PIFA structure,the antenna is uniquely designed using LTCC technology.After the processing is completed,the size of the antenna is only 5×2×1 mm~3,and meet the corresponding index requirements.Secondly,aiming at the miniaturization problem of the traditional Marchand balun filter,an LTCC balun filter for the LTE FDD frequency band is designed.The balun filter uses a unique spiral cross stack based on the Marchhand balun theory.The structure proves that the balun filter has the characteristics of good bandwidth and phase balance.The final simulation size is only 1×0.5×0.4 mm~3.Finally,a bandpass filter with a double-layered coupled stripline resonant structure is designed.The bandpass filter has a relative bandwidth of 10%and the size is only 2.5×3.2×1.5 mm~3which is far less than?/8,it satisfies the requirement of modern communication very well.In this paper,based on the above design content,detailed design steps are given.The LTCC dual-frequency antenna and band-pass filter meet the corresponding index requirements through processing and measurement.Because the size of the LTCC balun filter is too small,excessive requirements for manufacturing process,this article only gives the simulation results.
