In today's world,no matter in the field of energy,medical care or even in the military field,the development of counter-terrorism and peace-keeping has put forward higher requirements for radar detection technology.The new time-domain UWB impulse radar system has the advantages of wide frequency band,strong anti-radiation interference,long resolution,low power consumption and low interception rate,and stands out in the field of radar imaging detection.The time-domain penetrating radar system consists of transmitter,receiver and antenna.This article mainly carries on each work to the signal source in the system.In recent years,the development of UWB signal source is not very fast.The output voltage,half peak(peak-to-peak)pulse width,jitter and radiation of the signal source are the most important representative indicators,but most studies are difficult to highlight one of these indicators.Most of it is a compromise.This paper starts with the development of UWB technology,analyzes several typical UWB signals and their spectrum characteristics,and determines the classical UWB signal model based on gaussian rising edge exponential falling edge.Then three kinds of pulse technology are introduced,among which the pulse technology represented by the solid state fast device is more suitable for this paper.The basic mechanism and characteristics of avalanche triode are emphatically studied.In chapter 3,Marx circuit is used as signal generation circuit.Starting from the basic device selection of Marx circuit,combined with the dynamic and static characteristics of the actual circuit,the parameters of each component are calculated,analyzed and derived in detail and systematically from the perspectives of charging and discharging.In the simulation section,each index that has been analyzed before is further verified and compared by simulation,and the result after confirmed by comparison is taken as the parameter of the real object.The main new idea of this paper is to improve the traditional Marx circuit.On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures,the parameter characteristics of each device are analyzed in detail.As usual,random values are no longer taken to carry out fuzzy practice of Marx circuit.In the waveform shaping circuit,the under-charge coupling method and series inductance method are considered for pulse width compression and waveform shaping,and the simulation results are good.Finally,according to the reference value obtained by simulation and calculation,the actual circuit is completed.The indicators and parameters of the test are in line with expectations and meet the needs of laboratory projects and scientific research.
