Design And Implementation Of Off-site Auditing System For Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives

The traditional bank internal audit work focuses on the accounting and accounting activities of the auditors,using on-site sampling to check the related books,subpoenas and other physical materials.With the continuous expansion of the scale of banking business and the continuous construction and improvement of information systems,the efficiency of auditing through manual sampling and on-site inspection methods has been unable to match the ever-increasing scale of business and data.Therefore,it is necessary to rely on information technology.Using the powerful computing power of the computer system,the auditors will be freed from the cumbersome data reading,data analysis and query statistics,and more energy will be placed on subjective problem analysis to maximize the efficiency of audit resources.The main content of this thesis is based on relational database,integrating the business data of each information system,opening up the data connection between business systems,establishing a centralized storage audit data mart,and building an off-site audit work platform based on this,oriented to the head office model.The developer provides the configuration and management of audit models and queries,and provides auditing model operation and results presentation and analysis services for auditors throughout the bank.From the perspective of software engineering,this paper expounds related engineering activities such as requirements analysis,summary design,detailed design,implementation,and testing.The innovation of this thesis is that the off-site auditing system provides the configuration management function of the auditing model through the visualized operation interface,and splits the auditing ideas into different data analysis steps,so that the auditing ideas can be quickly landed and deploymented in the system.Reducing the development,testing and release of program code,enhancing the flexibility of the system.
